Conduct & Environment: The festival is held at Villa Simone Hotel, a private venue in a residential area. All attendees are expected to enter and exit respectfully, and without disruption to the surrounding neighbourhood.

Property Respect: Festivalgoers are personally liable for any damage to public or private property within or outside the festival venue, including hotel amenities, neighbouring homes, and vehicles.

Parking: Secure parking will be provided. Guests must park legally and courteously. Unauthorised or obstructive parking may result in fines or towing at the owner’s expense.

 

Noise & Behaviour: Attendees are asked to keep noise levels moderate outside the festival space, particularly in public areas and during arrival or departure.

 

Prohibited Items: No outside alcohol, drugs, weapons, or large sound equipment may be brought onto the premises.

 

Ticketing: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless authorised by the organisers. Entry is granted only upon presentation of a valid ticket.

 

Student/Pensioner Access: Discounted tickets must be accompanied by valid identification. No exceptions.

 

Right of Admission Reserved: Organisers reserve the right to remove any attendee exhibiting disruptive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour.

Health & Safety: On-site medical assistance will be available. Any emergencies or safety incidents must be reported to ULJ organising team and staff immediately.
